that’s why i let the case lapse here. I hoped for help the premium way. I dont want to post my site or email address here. I wrote to your email support@…. and i posted in the portal. What else can i do? Tell me the exact way to contact.
i bought the professional version to get support. I didn’t need the extra tools; i needed the promised support. I wrote at least 5 emails and portal requests asking for help. I updated/reinstalled the thing to try to get it to work. I finally requested the refund promised on your site within the time allowed. I removed the plugin. I lost $70.09. No one ever responded to me.
i wouldn’t mind using the plugin if it would actually work. Seeing as i paid for the professional version, perhaps you could be kind enough to address my support email and portal requests for help.
