I already have debug mode enabled and it showed that all was working fine. So I walked back through the process of building a product page from scratch and realized that I had made a bonehead mistake. Somehow I had changed the status of the checkout page (which produces the confirmation box to appear) from “published” to “draft”. No wonder it wasn’t showing up! When I changed the page status back to “published”, then everything worked fine. Duh.
So all is well. Thanks for offering your help.
Yes, this is the correct popup. I cleared the cache and everything worked fine. Thank you for letting me know about this solution; I appreciate it!
I forgot to add one thing: I was using the “almost latest version” of Popup builder. When it failed to work today, I noticed that there was a more recent version so I updated. Tried again. Still no luck.
Thank you so much for responding. Julie did not find the email anywhere in her files. Can you possibly re-send it and also send a copy to me? (I help her with the back-end of her website to the best of my limited ability.)
