I just added another variable product with a single variable – color. Not much is showing up in the log file though.

Followup: I ran setUserSetting(‘ed_size’, 200); and then updated the post and it kept the vertical size at 200. Then I resized the box just a little bit and updated the post and it went back to being huge.

Woot! Refreshing the page repeatedly and it finally went away. Weird because it’s been there on every post page since I upgraded yesterday.
