Thank you for replying, I looked deeper into the issue and found what was happening. The issue was happening because of multiple businesses with same names (our clients have multiple GBPs in different locations). The overviews screen fetched review of another location for some reason so I was comparing the wrong data.
I’m still confused about the plugin settings though. The Google tab has setting for “Frequency of review updates” which I want to set to monthly but then in there is a setting in Advanced tab that says “Reviews update daily schedule” which has enable/disable option. How are they both connected? Or does the plugin automatically update new reviews daily even without Google API? Please see the screenshot here for clarity:
