When I looked at plugin code it seems to me that Call now button is visible only if the screen width is below 650 px. No plugin shortcodes are provided.

I added the following code and it did work. Titles are displaying at the top now.
However after adding the tbis code only 6 thumbnails are displaying instead of the 7. When I comment out the code again 7 thumbnails displaying at the bottom. I wonder how this code affects the number of thumbnails displayed.

Currently I moved the titles to the right, also I made the titles box transparent. Here I want the titles to appear in above the images
