Hi there,

Sorry, I didn’t get an email after removing the From Name and From Email address.

It’s strange that if I deactivate the BNFW plugin, I receive a Lost Password email.

What to do now?

Hi there,

Sorry, for the late reply.

Yes, I am using ‘User Lost Password – For Admin’. Please refer to the screenshot: https://www.screenpresso.com/cloud/9S3Ki8NBc9q8/

When I Send me a Test Email, it works. However, I didn’t get an email when I tried Lost Password from the login screen.

I’m sure other people must have faced the same problem too.

Please help me soon as this is a critical issue.

Hi there,
Thank you for your reply!
I refer to the article you mentioned. I have installed an SMTP plugin on my site. Even mail is not in SPAM.
Only Forgot Password email I don’t receive but if I uninstall this plugin I receive it. I cannot uninstall this plugin.
Please help me what can I do?

Hello,
I need label value pair select box. So, I googled and came to this link. This link says if you use below code.
```
[select your-recipient "CEO|[email protected]"]
```
It will produce below ouput:
```
<option value="[email protected]">CEO</option>
```
What is the meaning of above shortcode if both label and value are same?
We can use below shortcode instead:
```
[select your-recipient "CEO" "Sales" "Support"]
```

If I used as below it will only show left side of pipe key in both value ane label.

[select your-recipient “CEO|[email protected]” “Sales|[email protected]” “Support|[email protected]”]
<option value=”CEO”>CEO</option>

It should work like below:
<option value=”CEO”>[email protected]</option>

Hi @seanaus120 ,

Do you want to override the single-product.php page?
If yes, then go to the Templates->Theme Builder then go to Single Product tab and make all of them Draft.
Then after try to override the single-product.php.
