Doesn’t seem Caldera is providing support here any longer. They haven’t responded to a thread in weeks. I switched to Formidable with no issues
I just installed this for the first time and seeing the same issue. The create new form modal pops up, but nothing else is displayed. Same with Import button. Email settings button doesn’t respond when clicked. Curious to see what the issue is.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] iphone first load issuesNever mind. It was a conflict with either Autoptimizer or W3 Cache plugins. I removed those and the page loads fine now.

In reply to: [Shift8 CDN] Include wp-content?It’s working for other applications. It just seems that this one is the only one and it’s not working for if that’s the only one that’s fine. They do have a free version of the plug-in that I’m using, if you wanted to take a look. Let me know what you find out. I appreciate your help.
