Also, is there any option besides the grey dot beside the topics dropdown? I didn’t see any icons in customization options?

Here is a screenshot. I’d like to increase the distance of the words from the left browser edge. Also, the top white menu bar where the logo is is very tight. Can that menu bar be taller? ie. add padding above and below the logo to increase the height?

And, yes, the breadcrumbs in the focus mode.
