Aloha,
I found that the problem was I needed to enter values in the following,
ID Property ID
First Name Property*
Last Name Property*
Email Address Property* user_email
*Note: If these fields are left blank, your users will need to enter them manually the first time they log in.
it was the note at the bottom of the forum that threw me off. Adding the value user_email solved the problem
