In reply to: [WooCommerce] Downloadable product missing in emailDid some more testing and found out that I had 2 different issues. One, the many of the files were copied from another S3 bucket and the ownership didn’t transfer so there were permission issues trying to access them. Not all of the files did this but many did. Second, while I could access the bucket with the Leopard plugin, it really needs the files to be uploaded so that it has the referenced properly placed in the media library files. After that, I was able to get the links in the emails, order conf page and account page. Thanks.

I used another file that I could download from my s3bucket and now I get the link in the email and the order conf screen. However, my new issue is that the link comes back with a file not found issue.

In reply to: HTTP Error on Upload/404s all over the place in the Admin PanelI am having the same issue on WP 4.6.1 Not using Jetpack nor is it installed. Images show up in the directory in the various sizes but the gallery upload fails with an http error (seems to be a timeout).
I am using the Divi theme. I added a text block to a page with a short code in it (essentially like putting it in visual builder).
I don’t know what exactly happened. When I updated, the screen then reverted to a WordPress screen to walk you thru the install. What is really interesting is that about 5 min later everything was fine. Not sure. Strange. But all is good here now.
