Yes! So to do what I wanted above I would write this code

#myClass h4.srp-post-title {
     font-size: 28px;
}

after what’s in css-front.css and then add “myClass” (without the #) to the widget.

Yep. I figured it out. It was an XMLRPC issue with the host.
