Currently, changing the OTP length from 6 digits to 4 digits is not possible. At the moment, there are no official settings, filters, or hooks available to customize the OTP length.

From the information you provided, this situation can occur when an agent’s schedule has the same start and end time, which results in invalid timeline boundaries. Our developers will review this scenario and add the necessary validation to prevent it.

Regarding the _load_textdomain_just_in_time notice — this is only a warning and does not affect the functionality, but we have noted it, and our developers will look into it as well.
