I have just contacted the web server they replied,
The reason this plugin isn’t operating as expected is because of our apache timeout script. Any process that takes over 60 seconds to execute on the server is killed by our internal processes for security and scalability reasons. I would recommend asking the developer of the plugin if there are means of parsing out the processes into smaller batches so that they won’t be killed by this script.
Is there some help that I can get from you to solve this issue?
