Hello! Sorry for the delayed reply, it’s been a busy month and I haven’t had much bandwidth to focus on this issue yet, as Google Cloud’s interface for managing API keys and such is still a bit on the confusing side. Just wanted to drop a quick reply to keep the thread alive; will see about getting it set up on our dev site when I have the chance.

I used WPE’s automated migration tool (which is based off of DeliciousBrains’ WP Migrate DB, which they purchased about a year ago). Wasn’t aware that it ignored folders it considered empty as such, but it’s a good thing to know for the future.

That did the trick! And yeah, we just migrated the site to new hosting at WPEngine using their automated tool, so that adds up.
