I had switch back to Breeze caching plugin because W3 Total Cache was not working well.
I created a test page with the form on it. I am not sure that I am following what access you are asking for with a password ect.

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Form Submissions Not Working On MobileI have already installed a different caching plugin, W3 Total Cache. The review form is working better now, but the whole site is running a lot slower so I am not sure that I can keep that caching plugin.
Testing on a couple of my other sites that I have Breeze plugin installed, and the form is working on mobile without a problem this morning.Forum: Plugins

The first time I do a test entry, it does not work, but the second time in a row it adds it correctly.

But when I tried a second time, it worked now.

I cleared the caching again, and it is working, but we need at least 24 hours to see if it keeps working.
