Thank you for the info. I’ve contacted the developer again.

But just wondering if there is another technique as a work around to this issue. I was told that it’s an issue with sessions. So, is there a way to force the same session when user accesses http://lenvica.in or http://home.lenvica.in.

Or may be another other work around.
