In reply to: Fatal Error after installing Launchpad Pre-Launch Landing PageI’m with hostgator, I’m trying to find where I would go to see the file manager and CPanel I think is changed now to this Customer Portal, the thing im looking at, but i cant find any file manager.
I have Filezilla, but have never been able to figure out how to get past the server administrator thing where it asks for a Host or IP(not sure where that is or if it means my computer IP or what), a port(not sure where to find that either) and a password.
Everything i’ve tried it says connecting to website, and then either failed to connect or something like that. 🙁 This is very very hard.

In reply to: Blurry Images?Thing is it scales it down! I try to make it bigger and it’ll blur. I have a 600×300 and when it uploads it looks like 150 maybe 200 on the website haha.
