In reply to: Featured Images and Media SettingsWhen you are exporting images from photo editing apps there should be an option to “Save for web” this will compress them down as much as possible for you without distorting the image.
If you do not have a way to re-export the images/logos using an application then there are a number of plugins in the repository that will help you to do this. My Favorite one is https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/
If you did not change your domain but only moved to a new server then chances are the DNS server have not fully updated. Give it a bit more time.
Hope this helps. Once you have a solution you are happy with kindly tag this thread as resolved.

In reply to: Featured Images and Media SettingsSame as what I mentioned goes for all images on your site.

In reply to: on form submit auto opening google pageMy best guess is that when you are getting the page you linked to on submit the computer you or your visitor is using does not have cookies turned on in the browser. However, since it is a custom plugin it is going to be hard for us to help you without seeing some of the code. Do you have the code on GitHub or something like that where you can share it with us? If not, I’d suggest finding a way you can share it with us so we can take a look and advise accordingly. Your other option would be to contact the developer who helped you write the plugin.
Hope this helps. Once you find a solution please tag the thread as resolved.

In reply to: Featured Images and Media SettingsSo really the first two questions have the same answer… Dimensions of the image should not matter because the speed tests you are running are referring to the file size not the dimensions of the images.
As for best practices, just make sure that the images are saved for web. Most images when saved for web will be below 500KB.
Hope this helps. Once you find an answer that satisfies you please tag the thread as resolved for us.

In reply to: Problems in performing admin tasksI would suggest starting by checking with your host to make sure there are no problems with the server such as disk space being full. If they are not able to help come back and let us know then we will suggest some other options.

In reply to: Twitter Links Not ShowingHave you changed your theme or added any plugins?

In reply to: unable to add pictures from media libraryI would suggest trying to debug using the health check plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ to disable your theme and plugins. this plugin will only deactivate the theme and plugins for the current user, visitors will still be able to see the site as normal. Once you have activated debug mode within the plugin reactivate each of your plugins one-by-one until you can duplicate the problem. If you are not able to duplicate the problem then it is likely being caused by your theme.
Hope this gets you headed in the right direct; once you find a solution please tag the thread as resolved.

In reply to: Moving Media Library from WordPress to Blogger/Google PhotosWe only support wordpress here on wp.org. You should be able to just upload the media library to your google drive by downloading it from you wordpress servers uploads directory using your favorite ftp program then dragging and dropping the folder into your browsers google drive tab. Beyond that you’ll have to seek support from any blogger/blogspot and google drive support communities you can find.
You may need to use a membership plugin that as a second user type field in the profile to resolve this. I recently had the same issue on a couple different sites and wound up having to use PublishPress https://publishpress.com/ in order to resolve the issue.
While that’s a premium plugin there are a few free membership and permissions plugins that may help to resolve the issue as well if you do some research. We were already considering PublishPress for some of the other functions it provides so we didn’t test out any of the free plugins we had found.
Hope this helps, once you find a solution please tag the thread resolved.

In reply to: wpformsI’d strongly advise contacting the developers of wpforms with this question and avoiding the important tag…
here’s an article about why you should use the important tag sparingly.https://uxengineer.com/css-specificity-avoid-important-css/

In reply to: HTTPS not secure@markrh when I replied yesterday I had surfed around the site linked to a bit and noticed insecure content on a few pages I hit with my browser, the homepage as fine even then. Unfortunately, I didn’t take solid notes any which pages were returning insecure content errors but I never think a problem is resolved until the OP says it is.

In reply to: Sticky menu bar “jumps”/flicker while scrollingAh, okay. I am not familiar with that plugin. I would advise contacting the support community for that plugin:
Free support for myStickyMenu: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/mystickymenu/
Pro support: https://go.premio.io/login/They will be able to help with your question the best in one of those two places depending on the version of the plugin you are using.

In reply to: Entering the dashboardIt looks to my like you’ve purchased only your domain and done so through GoDaddy. You will need to purchase hosting before you’ll be able to start building your website. You can find more information about hosting WordPress sites here. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/hosting/
