I just run the setup wizard and tried every possible combination. it doesn’t happen all the time, and I can clear the cache to fix it for a brief moment, but then after an hr or so, it goes back to that weird issue. it happens morme on firefox, chrome just sometimes or everytime i run gtmetrix or google page insights. hope this helps.

I wish I could attach an image here so you can get the idea.
basically, whenever i activate the plugin, then run gtmetrix, the homepage becomes just all text and no jquery,javascript or all those plugins run nor work.
not sure if i explained it properly but imagine a 90’s all text webpage
