No problem Andy, I understand. There’s never enough hours in the day.
I’m actually running the latest version of WordPress, 4.1.
Hi Andy, I wanted to check in with you on this. I was hoping to hear back from you on Monday. Leadin is still not tracking submissions, while at the same time, if I do a test submission, somehow it does track me. This happens whether I am logged in to WordPress or not. I can’t really figure out what is going on here and would love to get this working.
If it would help, I would be happy to speak directly with you. We can do a screen chat, or Skype, or whatever will help. Please let me know. Thanks!
Hi Andy, I’ve actually completely changed my form, just to make sure it is working with Leadin. I’ve ditched VFB Pro and started using Formidable. Your FAQ says that Leading has been tested with Formidable, so I was hopeful that it would work.
Whenever I test the form myself by filling it out and submitting, Leadin works correctly and captures my data. But when an actual site visitor tries it, it doesn’t work.
The only difference I can see is that I’m logged in to WordPress as an administrator, and the other users are not.
In the settings pane, under “Do not tracked logged in:” all 5 of the boxes are unchecked. From the way this is worded, it sounds like it should be tracking everyone. But it seems to not be checking regular users who are not logged in.
I’ve tried to get this working … is there anything you can do to help?
Excellent! Thanks Andy, I look forward to hearing what you find out.
Hi Andy, thanks so much for your reply. As luck would have it, I just heard back from support for VFB Pro. Apparently they do use AJAX to submit the form. Does that mean I’m out of luck or is it still possible to make this work?
Bump… just wondering if there is an answer for this?
