Thanks for your help!

However, I redid it to make sure that the configurations are done right.

Still it is the same! I see that WP Mail is sending the email successfully but I am not receiving it. I tried to test with your suggested tool https://smtpserver.com/smtptest and that was successful too. But I am not receiving the email. I tried keeping multiple emails as the recipient still I got no emails in any of the emails. Checked spam and all the other folders too.

I am using Stripe as the payment method in test mode. You can try filling out the form (its still in test mode) and you should be receiving 2 emails.

Update: With lot of testing I noticed that, the form is sending emails twice only to the forms which has payment method on it

I tried deactivating all the third-party plugins as well – except for Elementor, Elementor PRO and Essential Addons but it didn’t work.

My theme is already Hello Elementor but of this seem to be working.
