In reply to: Brinkster updated their mysql server and I have an error.I am very angry to brinkster. I have sent an offensive mail to them look what they returned today:
“Hello,
I’m sorry but we are unable to provide an exact date, as this may raise expectations that may not be met.We are preparing to update all the servers within the next 1-2 weeks.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.”
It has been already a month! for gods sake!!

“Hello,We are preparing to update all the servers by next week. This cannot be guaranteed but it is the current estimate. I recommend contacting us on Friday to find out the latest.
I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration these issues have caused.
If we can help with anything else, please let us know.”
I cannot trust them anymore, I think I am going to move to another host when my time is up.
Hope the problem will be solved by Friday. I can’t post or do anything.

In reply to: upload description encoding problemNo there is no problem with the alt tag. the problem is with automatic generated code. It contains silly characters and I have to change it manually every time.
