I’ve just wiped the files, so you won’t see the site. As it’s a govt. site I’d rather it down, until it’s correct.

since I posted the first set of questions the site is now up.

This has prompted me to ask another question.
Why does my site look like the default WP site ‘hello world’ etc?
I had copied/FTP’d the files from xampp over to the site, but I’m still seeing the default.
I know this must happen frequently and I’m sure there is a logical answer.
