Ok, according to your reply, the error seems to be somehow that the system doesn’t screen the variants of the product?

Thanks for your support.
1- I cleared the transients, still have the issue
2- I deactivated the plug-ins – still have the same issue
3- additionally I went trough this post: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/26237 and try several work around solutions proposed there – still didn’t solve my issue (most of posts there manage stock on variant level, not on the parent product level as I do).

Hi,
I hope someone can help soon… I have more and more products going out of stock and currently restocking some variable products as well as creating new variable products isn’t working corretly: the products are not display in frontend (and marked as not in stock with a >0 qty in backend).

Thanks for your help… it’s getting more and more urgent every day!

@lorro @fernando thanks for your quick reply.

Unfortunately I still have this issue. I reset the cache manually but didn’t get any changes.
With the direct product link I can access to the productt and order the different variants: https://cafebla.de/produkt/filter-ethiopia-ambela-250g/

But…
On the product page: https://cafebla.de/shop/kaffee-tee-welt/ the product isn’t display. (products out of stock are generally hidden).
In back office on the page WooCommerce > Products, the product is listed in red with “nicht vorrätig (16)”, therefore it’s not available on the Webshop.
I checked all product parameters and donÄt find any setting forcing the status “not available” even there is something in stock.

I tried with creating new products, same error there as well: https://cafebla.de/produkt/test-•-test/ ‎

Same error if I duplicate an existing variable product with stock, the original product is visible in the shop and “green” in the backend, the copied product is identical, not displayed in the shop and “red” with stock in backend: https://cafebla.de/produkt/filter-costa-ric…honey-250g-kopie/

These are the first variable products I create since the update from 3.9 up to 4.0.1. as well as the first product I update the stock value from 0 to 16.

One more detail:
I manage the product stock ob product level, not on variant level.

Hi,
also jetzt haben 3 Users getestet und sind durchgekommen.
Alle Plugins sind jetzt aktualisiert.

Der Response Status 204 “Authentication failed due to invalid authentication credentials or a missing Authorization header.” konnte ich selbst nicht reproduzieren.

Ich beobachte es in den nächsten Tagen und melde mich, solle es noch Bestelen.

Ihr könnt vorher das Ticket gerne schließen.

Hi,

Ich habe leider auch dieselbe Situation.
Von einem Kunden habe ich folgende Rückmeldung:
“Ich wollte per Lastschrift zahlen. Dann kam die Meldung, dass mein Konto für die Zahlung nicht berechtigt ist. Ich wollte dann eigentlich abbrechen und es mit meinem anderen Konto versuchen, da kam dann aber schon die Bestätigung per Mail. In der Bestätigungsmail habe ich noch auf dem Link “jetzt zahlen” geklickt und bin wieder auf die Lastschrift-Seite von Paypal gelandet. Ich finde keine Möglichkeit von Lastschrift auf Kreditkarte umzustellen.”

In meinem Fall sind derzeit 20% der Bestellungen, die aufgrund eine nicht durchgeführte PayPal Zahlung storniert werden.
Problem ist dabei auch, dass die Bestellung bereits durchgeht, bevor die Zahlung erledigt ist, und damit viele Bestellungen mit dem Status “Zahlung ausstehend” im Backend zu sehen sind. Nach ein paar Stunden werden solche Bestellungen automatisch storniert.

Ich arbeite mit Germanized & PayPal PLUS, beide die aktuellste Versionen.

Hallo,

Sorry für die späte Rückmeldung.
Es handelt sich bei mir sowohl von B2B als auch von B2C Rechnungen. Die getrennte Darstellung der Netto-Umsätze ist für die Buchhaltung notwendig, um die Verkäufe richtig zu quotieren.

Leider habe ich keine weitere Lösung gefunden. bisher ergänze ich die Info manuell auf jede Rechnung, die gemischte Steuersätze hat.
Die Netto-Umsätze sowie Steuersatz ist in der Rechnung pro Zeile dargestellt, sodass die Summe nicht kompliziert ist – jedoch jetzt noch manuell.

Vielen Dank im Voraus für die Unterstützung.
