Thanks, that definitely got the play/pause working!
Note that the fluid layout option has something to do with this… if I select fixed, it cuts-off some of the video.
I can’t find any hint of ytp-unmute in any source file under wp-content, and can’t find any mute/unmute button anywhere. I do see it in the resulting HTML in an inspector, and played with the css to see if I could get it visible (z-index, position, colors), but could not. I also played with the position of the block within the HTML, no joy. I couldn’t cut/paste the html text, could only take a screenshot… but don’t seem able to post that here.
A lot of the youtube controls are overlaid with the “hero” section, so are unusable.
Are you suggesting switching to the “go” theme? I need to keep this page really simple.
