After some tests, I think there is a new bug. any videos under 720p (480p,360p) does not encode at all to 360p and when I use custom for 480p it renders the 480p and it doesn’t render the 360p.
And, I don’t know why but the attachment page does not play the encoded video like before it shows only the link to download the original file not video.js player
Also, It will be nice for a new option to render the 480p between the 720 and 360 and let the custom open for other resolution 240p or 1440p who knows 😊
