Thanks for the quick response. I submitted helpdesk ticket with screenshots, including errors in js console. In summary, the only errors I see in JS console (after clearing, then refreshing the page) are:

Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data. rest-proxy:6:4259
I don’t get any additional errors in console when clicking on the “filter by…” links.
