@benjamin Scratch that, found the functions.php file for our custom theme and added it there, everything works beautifully! Been trying so hard to fix this one, thanks so much!!
@benjamin I added the code to my functions.php file under wordpress includes, I believe that’s the correct place for it. I saved the permalink settings but it still functions as before.
