Having used Firebug to inspect the site, all the errors pertain to Javascript. I don’t know of a solution that points to but that seems to be the main issue that’s causing the problem.

I have JetPack installed and activated so I’ll get in touch with them. Thanks a lot!

That’s what I was originally told but since it affects other GoDaddy websites that don’t use the same plugins, they’re looking into it.

My main issue is this is a website that was recently moved to ww.wp.xz.cn last month and was relaunched last week with a brand new look and the pop-up box is affecting how others perceive the site. It may not seem like a big deal to the average user, but my website acts as a media outlet/business and not being able to experiment with one more plugin for a post or have a reader see that box when they visit the site isn’t really helping right now. Plus if I have to switch hosts or do a reinstall, I need to book time off, take the site down and re-hire my developer to do everything over again. Everything was fine and all the plugins/themes worked up until Tuesday; I just hope it gets resolved soon.

I’ve tested the themes and plugins already as GoDaddy did advise that and they tried different solutions on their end when I spoke to them a few days ago. They currently have a ticket going for the issue and are hoping to solve it by this afternoon.

All the other sites I’ve noticed with the exact problem use different themes and different plugins so it does seem like it should be a bug within the web host. All of my plugins and my theme haven’t caused any issues before Tuesday so I don’t see a reason why an error would pop up all of a sudden. It would also be inconvenient to replace plugins or themes or even do a complete reinstall if it’s simply a host bug.

How do you clear the cache on a site or server?

GoDaddy is looking into the issue for me as I’ve spoken to them on the phone but I wanted to see if any WordPress moderators know what the issue may pertain to.

Other WP users keep posting in the threads of others and it’s not really giving anyone a chance to get a clear answer.

If anyone could help with my issue as soon as possible, that would be great! My forum posts keep getting overlapped with other user complaints and therefore get overlooked.

It was the WP Ajax Grid plugin. I’ve looked around in other posts in the forums however and sites with different plugins/themes/web hosting are experiencing the same issue.

I’m also experiencing the exact issue as well with my website http://www.blaremagazine.com.

It started occurring at 9PM this morning and after going through various possible solutions with GoDaddy, it appears that the problem goes away when I uninstall a specific plugin. However that plugin hasn’t been updated and no significant changes have been made to my site since last week so there shouldn’t be an issue with my installation. The “Page Not Found” box just bumps my website pages down and centers the text alignment.

GoDaddy insisted it’s not an error on their end and with multiple sites experiencing the same issue, it looks to be a WordPress bug of some kind. It would be great to get help as soon as possible because my site is updated regularly and attracts a number of viewers on a daily basis.
