Thanks for the response, unfortunately, I was not able to wait 7 weeks to get the plugin working and I found a different plugin.
I worked with my web host for about an half hour until they told me the problem is with the plugin and I should contact the people that built the plugin. After not getting a response from you for over a week, I found a new plugin that solved my problems.
Thank you for resolving the issue. We are up and running on our live site now! This is going to be a huge help for our company website.
