    Okay thanks for the response. I understand what you are saying. I think the description on the main page is a bit misleading – it makes it sound like you can only allow support on purchase of particular products. I was looking at this part of the description:

    Multiple products: provide support for as many products as you want; synchronize product lists with popular e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads (EDD)

    What is the point of listing products in the “Include Products is set to the product I want to offer support for” part of the settings if it doesn’t change the role of the person who purchased that product?
