ok i can. i have not done so yet as i am not at a location where I have been able to login to the site to make those changes.

interested that it has a problem even if no file is attached to it. how can this be corrected to work?

you are correct, i believe they do not have a file upload option

thanks for your help. i can try. but can i ask what i would be looking for since all other forms work on the site. The forms are made with your same plugin?
