I too have had the exact same problem. I’m just wanting to know who we get in touch with to get this plugin working right? I hate it when someone creates a plugin and then it doesn’t work as it should.
If someone can give me a lead as to who to contact to get this plugin updated for the wordpress community it would be most helpful. An ASAP reply would be most helpful in this matter.
