I fixed it. I had activated the “Zero Decimal Currencies” assuming it meant my users didn’t need to type in the X.00 on a payment.
Once unchecked, my first payment went through. Thanks.
Only way I was able to fix it was to log in through my hosting account admin and delete the plugin that way.
