Great! Glad it is working for you now.
Marking this thread as resolved.@lemoncpl a new version has been released with the code that I think will resolve your issue. Can you give it a try?
@lemoncpl thanks for working through this with me. I think we have a solution for you. I am doing some testing of it on my end before releasing it. I will let you know when it is available.
@lemoncpl So far I have been unable to replicate your issue. Are there any particular steps you took before this happened? Was the plugin installed via the wp-admin plugin repository search?
I dug deeper into the Freemius SDK code that powers that conditional check and it should only be firing for you if there is a pro license issue or a trial. You said you installed the free version though, and trials are not currently available, so it should not fire unless Simple Feature Requests Pro was installed at some point.
@lemoncpl The section of code I believe that error you see is coming from has not changed. It is a license check. Did you happen to switch from the pro version to the free version?
Hi @lemoncpl – I am looking into this. Can you verify if you are running the free or pro version of the plugin?

In reply to: [Simple Feature Requests Free - User Feedback Board] Line breaks in request@dioni00 the new release is out. That should solve your issue. It may only work for new requests, if the newlines are not in the db for the existing requests. Let me know how it works out for you.

In reply to: [Simple Feature Requests Free - User Feedback Board] Page Title OverrideHi AJ @wpexplorer !
Thanks for chiming in. Can you clarify, did you use that compatibility plugin or only the theme and the SFR plugin?
Thanks for noticing the naming issue! Not sure how that snuck in, but we will get it updated.

In reply to: [Simple Feature Requests Free - User Feedback Board] Page Title OverrideMichael- I dug around and have come up with something to test. Simple Feature Requests is not altering the title, but there could be an incompatibility between the Total theme and Simple Feature Requests.
I put together a small plugin to test that theory. You can find it at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Vz2XwVfFnIJ8M_9Rzvh8oZAtiR2WoaRl/view?usp=sharing
Keep in mind that I do not have access to the Total theme, so this code is a shot in the dark. I recommend trying it on a dev or staging environment first.
Let me know how it goes.
If it works, I will add a compatibility layer into the Simple Feature Request core.

In reply to: [Simple Feature Requests Free - User Feedback Board] Page Title OverrideIs WPBakery using a dynamic field? Are you able to take a screen video to show how you are attempting to set the title?
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Simple Feature Requests Free - User Feedback Board] Page Title OverrideIt should not be overriding the page title. How was the page created? Is the page title being generated dynamically or is it set manually in a file or page builder (like WPBakery or Elementor)?

In reply to: [Simple Feature Requests Free - User Feedback Board] Page Title OverrideHi Michael,
I am a bit confused here. What is the issue? What should the page title be?
No worries! I understand things getting busy :).
Thank you for checking that for me. That fix is in the next version to release, along with a couple other goodies. It should be out shortly.
Cheers!
