I tried going through the common filters and entering “1,” in the Exclude field, but it’s still showing up. Is there another workaround for this to hide the very first post in the series?

I also tried pasting it before and after the
"<?php the_content(); ?>"code and that didn’t seem to work either. It keeps either shoving those elements to the very bottom or placing it just below my main image thumbnail.Is there any way to move it just above where my share bar and “About Me” widgets are?
