What theme did you use?
I use flatsome and the theme deregister the style.
I think you need to integrate it by yourself.
I have the same problem.
The error came from persist-admin-notices-dismissal.php which is included in this plugin.

All fields are back after I set $chk_force = true and reactive the plugin.
I update the plugin to the latest version again, this time everything is find, no field is missing.
