I opened a support ticket and Elementor support confirmed this to be an issue and that they are working on it. However, the dev stated that to get MORE attention applied to the fix sooner, they need more people opening tickets about it.
If only a few people open their ticket, they won’t give it high priority.

In reply to: Why does WordPress not have a bulk updater for Media? So that’s what I was missing. I wasnt aware that wordpress didn’t come with it. I saw a media categories option under the Media library menu and thought it was part of wordpress like for projects. I figured it out now that one is the plugins was adding the ability to categorise the media and allowing me to add categories. This led me up believe it was part of wordpress because I know that projects have this feature or of the box.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
Although, wordpress actually should have a bulk editor to update things like the author or the alt tags etc out of the box. Definitely a lacking feature.
I dont personally have an Elementor account. I manage this on behalf of my clients. and ALL my clients with pro it seems is having this issue.
Surely I’m not the ONLY person having this issue?
I can confirm that I too was warned today about this vulnerability from Wordfence.
Any news on an update about this? If not I will need to find an alternative plugin.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP WooCommerce Mailchimp] Wordfence reports this plugin is abandoned!Thank you for letting me know.
Thank you for the fix! 😀 Turns out it was a setting that conflicted with the PMPro plugin. PMPro uses profile as their slug and so does ProfilePress.
So the setting was there to simply change the word profile to something else which fixed the problem.
Thanks Collins!
Sure, Thanks Collins….much appreciated that you are taking the time to assist with this. 😀
Thanks Collins
I have opened the ticket
So I have performed tests and rollbacks and found that the NEW ProfilePress from version 3.x caused all these problems.
From Version 3.0 -> 3.1.3 it would redirect to the login screen whenever someone tried to access the profiles.
I suspect that the developers also figured this out and they release the new enhancement in version 3.1.4 for redirecting to the home page instead.
Going back to WP User Avatar 2.2.16 everything is working 100% again!
So what now??
Thank you 🙂 Problem is sorted out now.
Thats great news 😀
Sure, I would have done that first but figured I had to pay for the support. So I logged it here instead.
I will open a ticket there as you requested 🙂
Were you also getting 503 errors?
Getting the same message here in my error log. Today I also noticed that I am getting 503 Service Unavailable errors from this plugin. I remove the plugin and my site is fine. I activate this plugin and I get 503 Service Unavailable errors as well as your warning above.
UDPATE: While I was waiting for a reply on this ticket (which there was none, just for the record) I decided today to retest the connection and by some miracle it is just working now. So everything is connecting again. This must have been a problem either with some DNS cache or the host itself that they have now resolved.
