Targeting is the problem, there was no conflict with the tabs! Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Since the pop-ups are set to only activate only on click, it would be easier to manage them by having them “Load on All Pages” instead of specifying them to “Load on Specific Pages”.

Is there any concern for speed if we select “Load on All Pages”?
