Nevermind I found out that the problem was I had added in a special Woocommerce file into my server as an attempt to fix another problem (suspected compatibility problem). Deleted and works fine now.

Unfortunately I have very few widgets currently installed. In the “Primary” section I only have “Categories” and “Meta”.
As an overview of my process, I was on the Twenty Fourteen theme before I switched over to the Wootique theme. I entered this text somewhere whilst in the twenty fourteen theme, and I swear it was either somewhere in “Appearance” or “Settings”, but I can’t find it now.
I remember checking a box to say display message across all pages but I can no longer find this.
