I figured out what was causing my issue. I needed to make sure my CSV text file was UTF-8 encoded. Apparently it was ANSI encoded, so I fixed it by opening the CSV in Notepad++, clicking on “Encoding” and “Convert to UTF-8”, and then saving my CSV. The newly encoded CSV was then parsed properly by the Sportspress import function.
