Thanks @lapzor Just fixed the issue.
After I created new MailChimp API key I figured out that Mailchimp API key inside MailChimp widget was not matching MailChimp API inside OceanWP (Integration Section). Thanks a lot for your help!

Also for anyone experiencing the same, the first recommendation “Please navigate to the edit page of the home page, check the OceanWP Settings > Header tab, and make sure to use the default logo, or upload the correct file of the logo: https://postimg.cc/McXcYw74.” solved my issue.
