Me again.
I found the issue. My site was loading inconsistently between ssl and non-ssl secured. That caused the problem. Loading the site consistently via ssl fixed the issue!

Hi there,
That website is still in dev. No aggressive caching is being used (yet).
I see that others are reporting the same issue. There must be an underlying issue.
