Thanks. I was viewing the page in Firefox’s Private Browsing mode (so it would not recognize my saved blog credentials). The buttons still do not show up in that mode. They do show up in Firefox’s standard mode and in Chrome’s private mode.
I may have a similar issue. AddtoAny was showing but now it is not. I am using a child theme of Twenty Seventeen but now when I go back and activate Twenty Seventeen I still do not see the share buttons.

Thank you. I have implemented this and it is working. Would it be possible for me not the display the comment count?
I am also subscribing. Hopefully we can get some information soon.
