Now i fully understood what you meant with classes etc. I’ve copied the specific coding into my theme-stylesheet and removed the altered stylesheet from the wp-includes folder!

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tried firebug to find the IDs and Classes, but couldn’t really discover any (have to say: i’m no whizz on this field). What i did find however is the stylesheet for this plugin in the wp-includes folder. With some fiddling i’ve managed to make the basic adjustments i wanted (change in background colors and fontcolor).
It was very easy when i found that file and now it’s more in sync with the rest of the pages.

Extra info: PHPversion is 4, but that’s the case on both the mainsite as on the subdomain.. and the plugin still works on the subdomain, but not on the mainsite..
