It was setup with WooCommerce Product Add-Ons.

I created another test order with the same product today and it was correct.
A different product was purchased a couple days ago and it wasn’t correct. Seems no rhyme or reason.
I gave you the order pages because I was thinking this wasn’t a order page to email issue, but rather a product page to order page issue.

I believe the issue got resolved. Honestly I don’t know if it was an issue. The client who asked me to look into it for them says it is fine now and couldn’t tell me how they got the URL they sent me.

One of my clients has the same sort of issue too. The shipping option for the buyer to use their own account number no longer exists, but is back when reverted to an older version.

Sorry this took so long to get back to you.
I created a video to show you what Publicize does. After the post is published to the FB website, you can see the URL in the text description area. My client hopes not to have that since users can click below to get to the story. He thought this hadn’t happened before. I wasn’t sure. What you describe to me didn’t work, but I learned from @alexandremichel1 what was going on with my database after looking at the logs.
Several of my donation entries had no form attached and marked “#untitled” After I gave each entry the correct donation form, the problem was resolved.

Plugin didn’t fix my issue.
Im afraid, putting an older version of the plugin didn’t work for me either. Anyone though?
