When I called the credit card company, and tried to purchase shipping while on the phone with them live, the authorizations don’t even show up on their side (or my side when I’m logged in to the credit card), and other non-woocommerce charges went through ok during the same time, so it must be the plugin that is preventing the charge for some reason. The credit card company could not explain why the charges were not making it through to them and suggested it is likely the woocommerce merchant that is preventing it. We have this plugin installed on many sites for many years, all worked fine, then they stopped working on all sites.
And now the 3rd backup credit card has stopped working. It worked for about 30 minutes. Any fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, thanks for your reply. The woocommerce shipping and tax version is the most up-to-date version (2.2.4).
I have a screenshot, but can’t figure out how to upload it to this message, but it says “woocommerce Billingdaddy failed – Unexpected error result Go to credit card settings”.
