The issue probably has to do with the fact that the tracking code is only added to the page the first time the ‘Thank You’ page is visited. The first time the ‘Thank You’ page is visited, it’s the payment provider during a background payment transaction status update. For e-commerce tracking to function properly, the tracking code should only be added to the page if the customer visits the page.
