When will the update be released? i am struggling to get the plugin to send out emails via gmail (i dont use a gmail account, i have a domain name with the emails routed through gmail.)
I’m looking at replacing my current SMTP connector so am keen to see whether this update will help fix my issue.

Do yo need to activate it in o365 as a connector? I set up SMTP using o365 and Umbraco (different CMS i know) but i had to get a colleague to set up a connector in office 365 for the email to flow. I think it is similar to gmails ‘less secure apps’.
Just thinking if there was any updates recently that might need setting up again.

Looking at this topic i assume there hasn’t been a fix.
The only way i found to fix it quickly was to roll back to the version before the update.
