I contacted their support and they were extremely helpful and solved the issue. I’m sorry that I’m just posting the answer now @thomasdk81
Here’s what you should do:
1) Go to the WordPress plugins page.
2) Deactivate MailPoet.
3) Delete MailPoet.
4) Install MailPoet again.
Rest assured you won’t lose any data, the database will not be touched.
We’re getting a similar error:
[30-Apr-2014 17:32:50 UTC] WordPress database error Unknown column ‘domain’ in ‘where clause’ for query UPDATE wp_wysija_user SET domain = SUBSTRING(email,LOCATE(‘@’,email)+1) WHERE ISNULL(domain) made by require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), call_user_func_array, init_wysija_cron, WYSIJA_help_cron->run, WYSIJA_help_cron->check_scheduled_task, WYSIJA_help_cron->run_scheduled_task, WYSIJA::croned_daily, WYSIJA_help_user->generate_domains, WYSIJA_model->query
I’m investigating now and will update if I’m able to resolve.
